Having spent the best part of my 20's being an often dedicated, often not-so-dedicated, practitioner of yoga, I've found regular practice to be an integral part of not just who I am today, but also, the person I wish to be as I continue to grow.
Yoga has given me strength, both physical & emotional, discipline and perspective. My practice has taught me the power of acceptance, kindness, play and patience. These are the tools that I wish to share with the world. I believe that movement is medicine and connecting to the breath can revolutionise the way we communicate with ourselves one another, and the universe.
I completed my first 200hr multi-style TTC with the incredible teachers at Trimurti, India. I'm registered with Yoga Alliance and passionate about delivering classes which are open, inspiring, light-hearted and uplifting. Aiming to creating balance in a world which often feels uneven. My classes tend to be Vinyasa style with elements of Hatha, free movement and accessible meditations and breath work. Plus compulsory laughter, either at my terrible jokes or at yourself...
